Privacy Policy – Dashboard Manager Add-on

Introduction

Dashboard Manager is a Google Sheets add-on built exclusively for the Pro Bettors Academy community. We are fully committed to your privacy and request only the minimum necessary Google-approved scopes.

Google OAuth Data Access

The Add-on collects no personal data whatsoever. We request only the following two Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
  → Google’s official description: “See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets”
  This scope allows the add-on to view and manage the Google Sheets files that you open and authorize it to work with.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui
  Used only to display a custom menu and simple alerts inside the spreadsheets you open. No data collection occurs through the UI.

No broader scopes are requested. Access is fully controlled by you — the add-on can only interact with spreadsheets you explicitly open while it is active.

How Your Data Is Used

All operations occur entirely within the spreadsheets you open using Google’s built-in SpreadsheetApp service. The add-on performs sheet creation, column adjustments, hiding/showing tabs, and formula updates — nothing more.

The Add-on never:

• sends any data to external servers
• stores or logs spreadsheet content
• shares data with third parties

Data Storage, Transfer & Retention

Zero data is stored or transmitted by the add-on. All processing happens in-memory during execution and is discarded immediately afterward.

Third-Party Access

No third party — including Pro Bettors Academy — ever receives or sees your spreadsheet content. The add-on runs entirely within Google’s secure environment.

Security

All communication uses encrypted HTTPS. Your data remains protected by Google’s infrastructure at all times.

Your Choices & Control

You can revoke access instantly via My Account → Apps with access to your account or by removing the add-on from Google Sheets.

Compliance

This add-on fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
