1. Who this applies to

These guidelines apply to anyone with a Pro Bettors Academy account, and to everything posted in the forum or the live chatroom. Creating an account means you agree to follow them, in addition to our Terms & Disclosures.

2. You must be 18 or older

Accounts are restricted to users who are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if that is older. This is the same age requirement that applies to the rest of the site.

3. Everything happens in the open

Pro Bettors Academy does not offer private messaging between users, and does not plan to. Every conversation happens in the forum or the chatroom, where it can be seen and, if needed, reported.

4. Keep it on topic

The forum and chatroom exist for sports betting discussion, picks, and analysis. Content unrelated to that, including spam, unsolicited advertising, and promotion of a different site or service, is subject to removal.

5. Never allowed, no exceptions

The following will get content removed and an account suspended or permanently banned, and in some cases reported to the relevant authorities:

• Illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material. This is reported directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement, and results in an immediate, permanent ban.
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech directed at a person or group
• Sharing someone else's private information without their consent (doxxing)
• Impersonating another user, an operator, or Pro Bettors Academy staff
• Sharing account credentials, or attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the platform

6. Reporting

Every post and message can be reported. Reports are reviewed, and real consequences follow depending on severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Reports involving illegal content are handled outside normal moderation, immediately.

7. Enforcement

We can remove content, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban an account for violating these guidelines, at our discretion. Severe violations, including anything in Section 5, can result in an immediate permanent ban with no prior warning.

8. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
