By visiting Pro Bettors Academy, creating an account, or using any part of it, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and our DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is intended for people in the United States and Canada. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are.

You must be 18 or older, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is older, to create an account, sign up for our emails, or take part in the community. Browsing the public pages does not need an account.

You may have one account. What you give us when you sign up, including your date of birth, must be true. We may refuse a signup, or close an account, if the information is false or if we learn the member is under age.

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Keep your login to yourself, and tell us straight away at support@probettorsacademy.com if you think someone else has used it. Do not sell, share, rent or transfer your account.

Your username is public. We may change or remove a username that impersonates someone, uses a name we do not allow, or breaks our rules. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. It is deactivated at once, can be reactivated by signing back in within 30 days, and is permanently erased after that, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Pro Bettors Academy is an education website and online community. It is not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers or deposits, and we never hold your money. Members talk in public rooms and chats. There is no private messaging between members.

Picks, stats, market reads and everything else we publish are for information and entertainment only. See the Disclosures below, which are part of these Terms.

You keep ownership of what you post, including messages, rooms, images and profile details ("your content"). By posting it, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it as part of running the site, including showing it to other members and, in public rooms, to the public, and to format it for display. This right ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, content other members have quoted or shared, and records we must keep for safety and legal reasons.

You promise that you own or have the right to post your content, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Posts and images are checked by automated tools, and a person reviews anything the tools cannot decide. A message or image may be held for review before anyone sees it. Opinions and picks posted by members are theirs, not ours. We do not check them and do not endorse them.

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In short, you will not post or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material. We report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement, and the account is permanently banned.
• Harassment, threats or hate speech, or anyone else's private information.
• Spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, or pushing another site or service.
• Impersonation of another member, an operator, or our staff.
• Sending money, gift cards or cryptocurrency to another member, or asking for them.
• Attempts to break, probe or overload the site, to scrape it or use automated tools to read or post, or to get around a limit, hold, suspension or ban, including by making another account.

We may review, hold, edit the visibility of, or remove any content, and may warn, limit, suspend or permanently ban an account, at our discretion, with or without notice. We use automated filters and human review, and we keep records of moderation actions. Moderation decisions are final.

We may keep and share information about an account or content with law enforcement or other authorities when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our members.

Some links on the site go to sportsbooks, prediction markets and betting tools, and we may earn a commission when you sign up. Once you leave our site, that company's own terms and privacy policy apply, and we are not responsible for its offers, its service or what it does. Check that an operator is legal and available where you are before you sign up.

The site's design, text, graphics, courses, analysis, branding and software belong to ACE&V Sports LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or build on them without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and data belong to their owners.

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, follow the steps in our DMCA Policy.

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or secure, that any information is accurate or complete, or that any pick, read or course will make you money. Betting involves risk and you can lose money.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ACE&V Sports LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for any betting or financial loss, or for the actions of other members or of third-party operators. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

You agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we suffer because of your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the site, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using the site, and delete your account, at any time. We can suspend or end your access at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms or put the community at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, including content rights, disclaimers, limits of responsibility and the rules for disputes, keep applying afterward.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem, please email support@probettorsacademy.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any claim that is not resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to that location.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always the one on this page. If we make a material change, we may tell members on the site or by email. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term at one time does not waive it. These Terms, with the policies named in section 1, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
