What does PK mean in betting?
Short answer
PK = pick'em, a spread of zero.Your team just has to win.A tie is a push.Usually -110 on both sides.
PK means pick'em. The book thinks the game is even, so there's no spread at all. Just pick who wins.

PK vs moneyline
They're close. Both just need your team to win. The difference is price and ties. A PK spread is usually -110 on both teams and pushes on a tie. A moneyline on an even game might be -110 or a bit different, and how a tie is graded depends on the sport and the book.
Where you see it
Mostly in football and basketball when the teams are dead even. You'll also see it written as 0, PK or pick.
My take
When a game is PK at one book and -1 at another, take the PK if you like that team. Free half point. That's line shopping in its simplest form.
